Instinctively You is all about getting connected with what nourishes you not only in your food but in your life too. “The whole is greater than the sum of it’s parts”.

Instinctive eating comes from pinpointing the reason your body prefers the kind of stimulation it takes in.

 

Have you noticed that you eat differently when you are stressed, tired, or bored than when you are inspired, excited, and doing what you love? 

Very commonly we use food to mask the attention we need in other places of our lives that we don’t necessarily realize. 

 

This is why health coaching goes farther than just changing food but realizes anything that supports your wellbeing is a vital nutrient!  It is about assesing all areas of our lives and creating lifestyle practices that give ease and better signals to nourish us!
